At Emergency Admins Inc., we believe meaningful change happens one family, one act of service, and one response at a time. Throughout 2025, we worked alongside community partners, volunteers, and supporters to provide hope, practical assistance, and preparedness resources to individuals and families facing challenges.
2025 Impact
Serving families, veterans, and communities through emergency assistance, essential resources, and disaster preparedness initiatives.
Families Assisted
Assisted 10 families following Hurricane Helene through emergency relief efforts, resource coordination, and community support.
Homes Furnished
Furnished a single mother's apartment with essential household items, helping create a safe and stable home environment for her and her newborn.
Veterans Assisted
Partnered with local veteran organizations to help furnish an apartment for a Vietnam veteran with furniture and household essentials.
Essential Items Distributed
Expanded the E-Vault initiative by collecting and distributing clothing, furniture, hygiene products, and essential household items to individuals and families in need.
Community Partnerships
Expanded
Strengthened partnerships with local businesses, nonprofits, veteran organizations, and community leaders to expand support services and increase community outreach.
Medical Equipment
Delivered
Partnered with FODAC to obtain and distribute medical equipment and mobility aids while helping connect needed supplies with individuals and families facing health and mobility challenges.
Emergency Preparedness Promoted
Promoted emergency preparedness through education, awareness, and planning resources designed to help families and organizations prepare before disaster strikes.

A Moment That Matters
One of our most memorable moments in 2025 came when a Vietnam veteran was able to walk through our E-Vault and choose furniture and household items for her new apartment. As each room came together, tears filled her eyes as she realized she would finally have a place that felt like home. Thanks to our volunteers and community partners, an empty apartment became a welcoming home.
